a. Purposes and legal basis for the processing

(hereinafter, “Dolce & Gabbana”) informs You that the personal data provided through the form on the website https://www.dolcegabbana.it/martini/ will be processed in order to answer to and manage Your requests for table reservations at Bar Martini® and/or at Martini® Bistrot.
The processing is therefore necessary to fulfil Your specific request. The legal basis for the processing is therefore the performance of the contract to witch the data subjects is a party, or the steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, pursuant to Article 6.1(b) of GDPR.

The Data Controller is Dolce & Gabbana S.r.l., with registered offices in Via C. Goldoni, n. 10, 20129, Milan.
c. Compulsoriness of data provision
The provision of data is necessary to be able to manage and answer Your reservation request. The e-mail address is used to send You an e-mail confirming the receipt of Your request and, subsequently, to send You confirmation of Your reservation. The telephone number can also be used as an alternative to confirm the reservation, as well as to contact You in case of delay or for any requests for information.
Any refusal to provide such data does not allow Dolce & Gabbana to respond to Your reservation request.
d. Data retention period
Your personal data will be retained until the end of the day for which the reservation has been made and then deleted.
e. Data recipients
Your data may be processed, on Dolce & Gabbana’s behalf, by external entities appointed as data processors, who are provided with suitable operating instructions.
In particular, these are companies entrusted by Dolce & Gabbana for the management and maintenance of the website https://www.dolcegabbana.it/martini/ and company information systems.
f. Persons authorized to process data
The data may be processed by employees of the company departments responsible for pursuing the purposes indicated above, who have been expressly authorized to process the data and who have received suitable operating instructions pursuant to article 2-quaterdecies of Legislative Decree 196/2003, as modified by Legislative Decree 101/2018.
