Upon crossing the threshold of this room, visitors encounter textile sculptures that embody the essence of Alta Moda, drawing inspiration from the work of Baroque-era master stucco artists. In particular, designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana find themselves captivated by the creations of master Giacomo Serpotta, whose white stucco interiors were popular in Sicily during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.

Guided by Serpotta’s sculptural art, the designers infuse their collections with unparalleled elegance, creating a striking contrast between the purity of white and the opulent luxury of their creations. As a result, the clothes are transformed into true masterpieces, deserving of admiration and display.
