From January 16 to 25, on the occasion of Fashion Week, Dolce&Gabbana presents its Watches and Jewelry Collections at the boutique on Via Monte Napoleone 4 in Milan.
The artisanal mastery, meticulous care and excellence of materials that define Dolce&Gabbana creations find their expression in the Watches and Jewelry Collections presented for the occasion in the boutique, showcased in glass cases surrounded by evocative floral displays and nature-inspired settings. This immersive journey unfolds across the different areas of the store, each designed to highlight the distinctive character of every piece, and culminates in a special moment: a master artisan working live on the making of a timepiece, offering a direct glimpse into the precision of the techniques and the exceptional attention to detail behind every step of the process.
Signature creations: Invisible Setting e Mirage
A central role within the in-store selection is held by the DG7 Invisible Setting. At its heart lies the exceptional construction of the white-gold case: the diamonds are set using a special technique that allows the gemstones to be placed without visible prongs or settings, hence the name “Invisible Setting.”
Here, Italian creativity meets the rigor and precision of Swiss watchmaking. Also taking center stage are the creations of the Mirage line, a limited edition of timepieces entirely adorned with high-carat baguette-cut gemstones, available in monochrome or rainbow versions. The round or square cases unfold in a symphony of geometries, while the overall design is further enhanced by refined multicolored sapphires. These distinctive features elevate each watch into a true collector’s masterpiece.
The exclusive movement
Both the DG7 Invisible Setting model and the creations of the Mirage Collection are powered by Dolce&Gabbana’s first exclusive manufacture movement, DG01.01. Compact and reliable, it was designed to the Brand’s specifications and entirely hand-assembled by selected master watchmakers in Geneva, Switzerland.
Its power reserve, enabled by the microrotor system, is approximately 50 hours.
This is a carousel with slides that move either left or right. Some images have a zoom button that lets you expand the carousel. Use next and previous buttons to navigate the slides and use the X to close the carousel when it is expanded.
