Titled ‘From the Heart to the Hands: Dolce&Gabbana,’ an exhibition celebrating the artistic and creative legacy of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana will grace Palazzo Reale Milano from 7th April to 31st July 2024. Curated by Florence Müller and supported by the Municipality of Milan – Culture, this showcase is brought to fruition through the collaborative efforts of Palazzo Reale and IMG, a global leader in event management. This exhibition represents a unique endeavour, paying homage to the intrinsic value of Fatto A Mano handmade craftsmanship, a cornerstone of Dolce&Gabbana’s identity since its inception.
Exploring the dream of Alta Moda, a narrative unfolds, delving into the sources of inspiration that have moulded the minds and hands of the two founders of the fashion house: from a deep-rooted passion for Italian culture to a profound appreciation for artisanal traditions reimagined in a contemporary context. ‘From the Heart to the Hands: Dolce&Gabbana’ will also feature the work of visual artists, engaging in a dialogue with the creative vision of Dolce&Gabbana.
