PRIVACY NOTICE 

 

Below the information of your personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as the “Data“) for let you entering into the spaces dedicated to the events of Dolce & Gabbana S.r.l. (hereinafter, the “Company“).

 

 

Data processed

 

Within the limits of the purposes and methods defined in this information notice, once guests and clients (the “Guests”) enter into spaces dedicated to Company’s fashion shows and/or events (the “Spaces”), Data processed shall be the ones of Guests necessary for let the latter attending the events or fashions shows hosted by the Company (the “Events”).

 

 

Data processing purposes and Legal basis

 

Events’ Security, Company’s goods protection, entrance on fixed quota basis (if any), Events’ management and organization, regular Guests flow before and after the Events. If Guests refuse or do not provide the Company such Data, entrance into Spaces could not be allowed.

 

 

Data retention 

 

Data shall be processed exclusively to allow Guests enter into Spaces for the Events, the Company does not record or keep such Data (required for entering Spaces only).

 

 

How data shall be processed

 

For purposes above, Data shall be carry out by authorised Company’s staff though portable check tools Guests’list. Authorised Guests only shall be allowed entering into Spaces for the Events.

 

 

Data recipients

 

The Data will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties unless so mandatorily required by Italian laws. On behalf of the Company, Data could be processed authorised company or staff (“Data Processor”) appointed and duly instructed.

 

 

Data processor (if any)

 

The Company, as Data Controller, may duly provide instructions due to Data Processor for the above purposes and specifically appointed for processing Data pursuant to Article 29 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) as well as Article 2-quaterdecies (1) of Italian Legislative Decree 101/2018 (the “Italian Privacy Code”).

 

 

Right of data subject | Complaint to the Supervisory authority

 

Data Subject may require access to her/his/its Data (or the ones which the latter concern) by emailing the Data Controller at privacy@dolcegabbana.it.

 

In addition, Data Subject may also require her/his/its Data amendments, adjustments, cancellation or even limitations should Article 18 of GDPR applies. In any case, Data Subject (or any otherwise party interested) is entitled to rise a complaint before the competent authority in charge.

Data Processing Purposes

 

Data subject’s data (first name, family name, telephone number, e-mail address, role) will be used by Dolce & Gabbana to send – by e-mail or traditional methods (paper mail) – invitations to its events and fashion shows, press releases.

 

 

Legal Basis for Data Processing 

 

The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Data controller in view of the interest expressed by Data subject with regard to Dolce & Gabbana’s events and fashion shows.

 

 

Data Retention Period 

 

Data will be kept until objected by the data subject to receive invitations to Dolce & Gabbana’s events and fashion shows.

 

 

Parties Authorised To Process Data

 

Personal data will be processed by employees and/or partners of Dolce & Gabbana having received suitable instructions and been expressly authorized to process it.

 

 

Data recipients

 

Furthermore the data may be processed by other parties appointed by Dolce & Gabbana as Data Processors. These parties may provide Dolce & Gabbana with services useful for the purpose specified in this information notice, such as, by way of example: event organization agencies or advertising agencies, press offices, media agencies, publishers, companies in charge of communications sending, companies offering security services, companies managing and maintaining the seating system.

 

Personal data may be communicated to authorities and supervisory and control bodies and, in general, to public or private entities entitled to request/receive such data.

 

 

 Data Subjects’ Rights – Complaint To The Supervisory Authority

 

Data Controller may be asked to provide data subjects with access to said data, to erase or correct inaccurate data, to integrate incomplete data, and to limit processing in the cases provided for in Art. 18 of the GDPR.

 

In addition Data subjects may, at any time, object to the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 21.2 of the GDPR by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each e-mail or by contacting the data controller via a written communication to the address indicated above, or by e-mail to the following address privacy@dolcegabbana.it.

 

Lastly Data subjects may, at any time, lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Protection (art. 77 of the GDPR), as well as refer the case to the relevant courts (art. 79 of the GDPR).

During the Dolce & Gabbana event and also before and after the same event, photographs and videos will be taken and transmitted in real time on Facebook, Instagram and DG website and subsequently distributed online, on dolcegabbana.it website and social media, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Wechat, in order to promote the event.

 

Therefore, Your image may be broadcast in real time on screens inside the premises, as well as distributed online on dolcegabbana.it website and social media.

 

The legal basis of this processing activity is the legitimate interest of the Controller.

 

Data will be processed for 1 year.

 

 

Parties authorised to process data

 

Your data will be processed by employees and co-operators of Dolce & Gabbana who are responsible for carrying out the activities outlined above and have been authorised to process the data and have received suitable operating instructions.

 

 

Data recipients

 

Personal data may be processed by companies carrying out technical and organisational tasks on behalf of Dolce & Gabbana S.r.l., adequately appointed as Data Processors, such as: event organization agencies or advertising agencies, press offices, media owners, publishers, companies responsible for the dispatch of communications, companies offering security services, seating system management and maintenance companies.

 

Data may be communicated to parties acting as Data Controller such as e.g. supervisory and regulatory authorities and, more generally, public or private entities, legally authorised to requests data.

 

 

Data subject’s rights

 

By contacting via email to privacy@dolcegabbana.it, data subjects can ask the controller for access to personal data, or the correction or deletion of personal data, and also have the right to restrict processing of the data in the cases set out in article 18 GDPR, and object to processingfor reasons related to their particular situation, in case of legitimate interest of the Controller.

 

Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint to the competent Supervisory Authority in the member state where they are resident or where they work, or the member state where the alleged breach took place.
