Virtual Boutique Experience

Dolce&Gabbana presents the Virtual Boutique Experience project, through which you can explore some of the most beautiful boutiques in the world with a 360° virtual tour.

The Virtual Boutique Experience is currently available for the Tokyo Aoyama boutique.

The project previously involved the following locations: Miami Design District, Shanghai IFC, Melbourne Chadstone, Paris Faubourg St. Honoré, Rome Piazza di Spagna, Venice Calle Larga XXII Marzo, Osaka Midosuji, Cannes, Seoul Cheongdam-dong, Las Vegas Crystals City Center, Puerto Banus Edificio Club de Mar and Puerto Banus Kids.

A new way of discovering and living the brand’s universe: the Dolce&Gabbana collections are framed by the majestic architecture of the boutiques for a unique shopping experience at any time and at any place, to continue to guarantee Dolce&Gabbana customers all the quality of its Client Advisors.

At, customers can independently visit the boutiques around the world available for the virtual tour, letting them discover the special architecture, the unique style and the creativity imbued with the brand’s DNA.

But to make the shopping experience even more complete, it will also be possible to book a virtual appointment with a Client Advisor who, via telephone or video call, will accompany customers to discover the boutique and the collection, helping them create their Wish List and select products to purchase.
