INFORMATION NOTICE ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Pursuant to article 13 of EU Regulation n. 2016/679 “General Data Protection Regulation” (“GDPR”), Dolce & Gabbana informs You that the personal data provided through the form “book an appointment” on Dolce & Gabbana website will be processed in order to answer to and manage Your requests for an appointment in our boutiques.

The processing is therefore necessary to fulfil Your specific request. The legal basis for the processing is therefore the performance of the contract to witch the data subjects is a party, or the steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, pursuant to Article 6.1(b) of GDPR.

c. Compulsoriness of data provision

 

The provision of data is necessary to be able to manage and answer your boutique appointment request. The e-mail address and telephone number are will be used to send you an e-mail confirming the receipt of your request and, subsequently, to contact you in order to define the specifics of the appointment based on the preferences you expressed in the previously completed form. The telephone number will also be used to contact you in case of delay or for any information requests.

Any refusal to provide such data does not allow Dolce & Gabbana to respond to Your request.

 

 

d. Data retention period

 

Your personal data will be stored for 14 days.

 

 

e. Data recipients

 

Your data may be processed, on Dolce & Gabbana’s behalf, by external entities appointed as data processors, who are provided with suitable operating instructions.

In particular, these are companies entrusted by Dolce & Gabbana for the management and maintenance of the website and company information systems.

 

 

f. Persons authorized to process data

 

The data may be processed by employees of the company departments responsible for pursuing the purposes indicated above, who have been expressly authorized to process the data and who have received suitable operating instructions pursuant to article 2-quaterdecies of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

At any time You can contact Dolce & Gabbana, at the e-mail address privacy@dolcegabbana.it or at the postal address below, to request access to personal data concerning You, the rectification of inaccurate data, the completion of incomplete data, their erasure, the restriction of the processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the GDPR.

Furthermore, in the case where processing is based on consent or a contract and carried out with automated tools, You have the right to receive the personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit the data to another data controller without hindrance from the same.

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the competent Supervisory Authority in the member state where You habitually reside or work or in the Member State where the alleged infringement occurred.
